The location was acceptable, close to transport and not too busy, so resting after a full day was possible.

The breakfast was NOT really good. The coffee from the machine was undrinkable. The orange juice tasted like diluted powder. I was expecting more from a 4-star hotel.

The staff was helpful with car rentals and parking information. Breakfast included many options, and it was tasty. A panoramic view from the top floor was very nice. The location was within walking distance to the river. The decoration was classic. The cleanliness was perfect.

A decent hotel stay

The staff were always ready to help. Restaurants of different cuisines surrounded the hotel. It was also situated close to city attractions.

I asked for a quiet room, but it was not quiet. I was given a room on a lower floor overlooking A BUSY street. I didn't sleep well .

Really good Stay in a Quiet Area

The hotel is near tram stops and provides access to major attractions. I received a welcome drink and information upon arrival. The room was very quiet and comfortable. I slept well. Breakfast offered a good choice of items, and local restaurants are nearby.

I noticed the room was overlooking a busy street causing some sleep disturbance. The front desk said there were no twin rooms available to relocate to a quieter place. This was a slight disappointment .

the team offered helpful guidance and tips. marcela checked us in on the first night. she is a credit to the team at this hotel. she offered lovely welcome drinks on arrival.

we asked for a quiet room, but did not get one. we were given a room on a lower floor overlooking a busy street. we got poor sleep during our entire stay. i consider this an oversight.

loud street noisenon-functional minibar

i was a little disappointed with my room. the soundproofing wasn't great, so i could hear street noise at all times. also, the minibar wasn't working properly, so my drinks weren't cold. i mentioned it to the front desk, but it wasn't fixed .
